What are Regional Subcommittees on Candidacy?

An Introduction 

Regional Subcommittees on Candidacy (RSCC) were created by the Ministerial Fellowship Committee in 1999 to guide those aspiring to Unitarian Universalist ministry through a discernment process, to evaluate their potential for the ministry and to indicate whether they may continue in the process.
