Regional Subcommittees on Candidacy (RSCC) were created by the Ministerial Fellowship Committee in 1999 to guide those aspiring to Unitarian Universalist ministry through a discernment process, to evaluate their potential for the ministry and to indicate whether they may continue in the process.
